SMS credits

1 credit = 1 SMS. Buy with MoMo; sending deducts from your balance.

You need a positive credit balance before the API or dashboard will send. Buy under Dashboard → SMS → Credits.

How to buy

  1. Open Credits and pick a plan, or enter a custom credit amount.
  2. Pay with MoMo on Waaguan checkout (same pay flow as payments).
  3. When payment confirms, credits are added to your SMS balance automatically.

Spending

  • Each recipient costs 1 credit.
  • If the send fails before delivery is queued, credits are refunded.
  • API returns 402 with Insufficient SMS credits when the balance is too low.
